Kristina Eaton is an organization stabilization consultant and certified trauma support specialist who builds resilient operational frameworks for K–12 educational systems. As a former substitute teacher, she has stood on the front lines of the classroom and personally experienced the compounding stress educators face daily. Backed by an Executive MBA specializing in organizational strategy, Kristina approaches district-level stress not as a series of isolated behavioral issues, but as a systemic challenge requiring clear, structured protocols and unwavering operational support.
