The cost of unresolved stress

Burned-out teachers cannot calm dysregulated classrooms.

Districts spend millions replacing teachers who leave within five years. Behavior referrals climb. Scores slip. The same staff who are asked to regulate students are themselves operating in chronic survival mode.

The Anchor framework

Three pillars, practiced daily — until calm becomes the climate.

01

Regulate

Nervous-system tools that staff can practice in 3 to 7 minutes — before a class, during a meeting, after a difficult call home.

02

Relate

Trauma-informed communication frameworks that reduce escalation between adults and students alike.

03

Reason

Once regulated and connected, teachers and students can access learning, planning, and problem-solving again.

What districts see

What we measure, and what your board will see.

Impact ANCHOR is a measurable system. We partner with district leadership throughout the school year, co-design an implementation roadmap and report quarterly on the metrics that matter to you.  matter to you.

  • Workforce climate — staff-reported burnout, peer trust, and intention to return next year, collected on a consistent instrument so the numbers stay comparable.
  • Attendance and coverage — certified staff absences, substitute fill rates, and medical leave, tracked against your district's own historical pattern.
  • Staff retention — voluntary turnover by building and role, mid-year resignations, and time-to-fill.
  • Student-facing indicators — office discipline referrals, in- and out-of-school suspensions, and where you choose to include it, academic proficiency. Your leadership team decides which of these carry weight before we start. We don't report on metrics you didn't agree to, and we don't claim credit for movement we can't trace.
